The Supplemental Hydrogen Fuel System works by performing electrolysis in water with a non-toxic catalyst. The electrolysis produces HHO, which is a hydrogen rich oxygen gas. Our high output fuel cell provides a constant flow of this HHO gas to your vehicles motor. Your vehicle then pulls the mixture of air and the HHO into the intake and then to the engines cylinders. Your vehicles engine performs literally thousands of controlled explosions per minute, so it may be of no surprise to you to hear that all of the gasoline introduced into the cylinders is not being burned completely before they are exhausted. This exhaust is then vented to your catalytic converter where it is burned(without benefit) and then finally exhausted out the tail pipe. When we introduce HHO, which has a faster combustion rate than gasoline, we accomplish a COMPLETE Burn of everything in the cylinder providing you with increased performance. And because the HHO, after being burned produces water vapor, the exhaust is much cleaner.(almost completely water vapor). Your engine has devices such as O2 sensors and MAP gas sensors. These sensors alert your engines brain(ECU) or computer, to changes in your exhaust. When HHO is added to the mixture being burned, the sensors tell the ECU to lean the gasoline mixture. This is where the gasoline savings begin. This also dictates the amount savings produced. Some vehicles experience much more savings than others. On the average, most of our customers see a good 30% increase or better. Needless to say, if the vehicle has no pollution control devices (This is the case with older vehicles, and ordinary combustion engines ie: generators, pumps, ect.), maximum savings can be obtained. |
